Pain in multiple joints of body along with swelling and stiffness is called arthritis. The most common variety affecting young adults is called Rheumatoid Arthritis and is confirmed by blood tests and X-rays. If neglected for long time, it can result in deformity and permanent destruction of joints. So early detection and proper treatment can prevent and control this problem.
